Work Days
-
We work 5 days a week and average 8 hours a day. If you will not be able to
meet this schedule please Don't call. We need WORKERS! Must have reliable
transportation to and from work sites, and your own tools!

Attitude
- Get Along Exceptional Well With Others, Maintain Championship Attitude and
Truly appreciate Customers.

Punctuality
- 3 strikes and your out! If you find yourself late three times in a 6 month
period don't bother coming in except to pick up your LAST paycheck! "The
most important thing in any career is showing up!"

Assignments
- Each crew member will pick up job sheet in the morning from the foreman,
this list will notify you of tools and equipment your crew will need for the
days work. Every crew member will help load materials on the vehicle that
their crew is assigned to. At the end of the day every crew member will
unload their equipment and make sure that the vehicle is in the order it was
when it was issued.

Cell Phones
- If you have a cell Phone it must be left in the work van, shop or in your
car. If somebody needs to get a hold of you for an emergency they can
contact the office and we will immediately notify you. You may however use
your phone during you breaks and Lunch. We don't pay you to chat!

Time Off
- If you need a day off it must be in writing on the appropriate form 10
days prior to day or days needed off. We however will make exceptions for
uncontrollable circumstances as long as they don't become frequent.

Crew problems
- If You find yourself on a crew you are having trouble fitting in, we have
an open door policy. We would like to believe that everyone gets along but
unfortunately that is not the case in this day and age. We value our
employees and know that we are only as successful as our employees. We have
made it our goal to ensure that crews are teamed up with similar
personalities, however we may not always be available to accommodate
everyone but will do everything in our powers to make sure everyone enjoys
working here and the people they work with. We want you to know if you are
hired to join the Diversified Painting Inc. Family we have made an
investment in you and want to know you can always talk to the owner. We do
encourage everyone to start with his/her immediate supervisor first and if
the outcome is not to everyone's satisfaction then move up the chain of
command all the way to the owner if necessary. Not everyone that walks in
our doors gets hired. We evaluate every applicant carefully to make sure we
select the best potential applicant for the company.

are the best in the industry and we pride ourselves on
quality. We have to be able to complete our projects to 110%
satisfaction of our clients. What you
